It’s taking an old army field telephone that has a hand cranked generator. Drop the leads in the water and crank like mad. Sends an electrical current through the water that causes fish (especially catfish) to rush to the surface. Then you scoop em up. Illegal as hell, but effective.
They don’t use live bait down there.. they either use the old telephone method, or use dynamite .. that boy is gonna learn A LOT!!!
