It essentially means the number of replies For/Against the tweet are such that those "Against" are at a much higher percentage than the replies "For". In this case, almost all the replies are making fun of her stupidity.
Edit: I'm wrong. Correct responses below my reply.
I don't believe that is correct. At least from what I've always heard, getting "ratioed" means that there are far more comments than likes on a given tweet. Since there is no "dislike" button, it's the best metric we have to determine if someone fucked up in a tweet.
Bear in mind, I've been off twitter since 2012, so I might be wrong.
Not exactly. Ratio means the number of comments is much higher than the number of likes. (which means you probably said something stupid and not "likable".)
The coyote memes on her tweet, which has the biggest ratio I think I've ever seen, are glorious.
I loved this one too:
And while we’re on the subject how can sharks loan anyone money?! They don’t even have hands to count the money and sign documents!
ALL her tweets are now filled with coyote replies! TOP KEK
What is a ratio on twitter? I keep hearing that in regard to this tweet (there are like 5 posts just on the_D on it).

Thank you. I believe you are right. I am wrong.

You are correct, my bad. Too old for these new-fangled things.
