I don't believe that is correct. At least from what I've always heard, getting "ratioed" means that there are far more comments than likes on a given tweet. Since there is no "dislike" button, it's the best metric we have to determine if someone fucked up in a tweet.

What is a ratio on twitter? I keep hearing that in regard to this tweet (there are like 5 posts just on the_D on it).
