I hope every Emergency Services worker was listening loud and clear when Joe said every black mother needed to warn their children about getting pulled over.
He called ever one of you racists, who want to shoot all colored people regardless of circumstances. He told black mothers to warn their children to regard ALL emergency services this way.

Yes! Everyone should feel like they have to teach their kids this, I don’t care who you are or what you look like. It should be universal. Don’t start shit with cops! It’s that simple. If you get pulled over, say “yes, sir.” “No, sir.” If they tell you to show your hands, show your hands!
I do this strictly to put the cop at ease, and let them know I’m thinking equally about their safety as I am mine.

I'm a white female who also grew up in a nice area and my dad gave me that same talk too when I first started to drive. It's a lesson that all new drivers should be taught. It has nothing to do with race.
Exactly, this caught my attention as well, even as a (white) European I know how I should act in a traffic stop in the USA, and I would teach my (white) children the same.
It's very simple to make a traffic stop a safe encounter for the officer and thus for yourself, everyone should do it regardless of skin color.
Or is Racist Joe saying that only black people are a danger to cops, that only black people are criminals with guns and illegal possessions/arrest warrants?

I was pretty flabbergasted when he was describing 'the talk'. I thought it was going to be some spiel about how society is racist towards black people or fake statistics on how cops are somehow more dangerous than the other 'youths' in their 'community'.
Keep your hands on the wheel, no sudden movements, be polite and respectful, and don't reach for shit? You mean the talk that all responsible fucking parents have with their kids when discussing the police and getting pulled over?
The talk usually also includes tips like pull over in a safe area so neither you or the officer get hit by another vehicle, don't joke around, keep your mouth shut in general, keep your car interior clean, roll your window down all the way, and turn your vehicle off.
Speaking of which, it is mostly leftists who keep their car interior dirty based on my anecdotal experience.
