Server issues here have been discussed at length but we'd love to test them. If everyone would just invite their friends here we should be able to get an accurate test. 20 million users should be acceptable.

What'd we try and n the 80s? A LOT of people do coke today, far more than most realize. But if it's personal use, you shouldn't be punished for anything you choose to put into your body.
This is true. Cocaine is everywhere. Cooks, chefs, doctors, pilots, everyone. If cocaine wasn't so addictive and dangerous it would be a miracle substance superior to coffee and any other stimulant.

Honestly, if you want to do lines of Columbian marching powder off of a hooker's ass, that's your business, not the government's; so I'm all for legalizing everything.
That said, I'd consider anyone who abuses any substance to be a person desperately in need of help. I'd also put into law severe penalties for anyone who harms anyone else as a result of using drugs or alcohol.
You have the right to do as you wish with your own body, but the second that you harm anyone else, you need to be punished.
His plan to get all of the cocaine off the streets is have hunter hoover it all up. A fence sitter friend last night said a good reporter would have located his dealer by now.
