This is a great example of where education, government and corporate policies of race based quotas have gotten us. The number of unqualified people of color in positions of management is astronomical in the United States. I have seen it multiple times at my workplace. I don't give a flying fuck if someone is black, brown, purple, as long as they can do the job. You don't get a free pass just because HR needs to meet their numbers. America, just hire the most qualified person!!!
