This. I see a lot of concerned posters here - they need to step back and realize that everything the Democrats have done in the past few months doesn't make sense if they are up by double digits. The USA is not a democracy. We are a republic. The left continually propagandizes that the democracy is of utmost importance. They've been doing it for years. In order for everyone to enjoy representation in our country we have an electoral college to protect us against democrat principles where the majority rules. The US is a constitutional republic with a democratic election process. The US is NOT a democracy (which means pure democracy), rather it IS democrat-ic — that “-ic” means it takes elements from democracy (again, in our election process).
You can correctly talk about “our democracy” (as in referring to our election process NOT the country) AND acknowledge that this democracy exists WITHIN a constitutional republic (the country).
You can also correctly say it’s a democratic republic, but even then the word democratic is only modifying what the country really is... a republic.
It’s kind of like “democratic socialism”... it’s still socialism.

Yes, he sent this to all customers. I (was) one of them. I actually received two copies of the same email for some reason. I marked them both as spam and submitted them both to spambot sites.

First.. expensify is a fucking joke of a company. I could reverse engineer their website/business in less than a week and rebrand it as un-woke, strictly business. I wouldn't though because its a dumb business and I'm surprised he has employees.

They are an application that provides finance tracking for companies. Basically, you eat lunch you can log that lunch in their app and submit to accounting. If you aren't in a biz that uses employee expenses often, you are likely free from them. I, however, am subject to this BS.

I work for a billion dollar software company that uses expensify globally. Mr Barrett has constantly blasted out marketing emails which we have told our activation consultant to turn off for us. We pay expensify hundreds of thousands of dollars each year. He has no clue that these constant marketing/bullshit emails are driving out company away from his. Last night's email expedited that decision for us. Spoke with my manager who informed me we are not renewing our contract
