It's all relative. Plus, Trump acted all evening as if he knew that he had to come off as polite, composed and "presidential" to win over the fabled suburban women voters. He wasn't going to give them any ammo to manipulate the emotional set into voting Biden because "Orange Man Mean!"
She really shouldn't be overly praised. The debate was editorially framed to disadvantage Trump with the choice of topics, which mirrored Dem platform priorities. Regarding the low bar... it's too bad it seems unique when Hunter Biden is even allowed to come up. The Bobulinski press conference might have made ignoring it impossible. Many TD.win people were starting to really openly hate on Giuliani/Bannon Thursday. But the Bobulinski appearance deserves credit as pretty significant.
