Ha. Just locally. I don't have the energy or resources to perform nationwide searches!

Just trying to get DC-area pedes out and about and fly the colors. It can be a little depressing living where we do and I want the remaining conservatives in the area to see they're not alone. And to trigger and make the bulk of local residents depressed. :)

Hahaha

Before we found actual events, we'd just put the flags on the Jeep on the weekends and go driving around here. It's fun being in a big group, and def feels "safer". Looking back seems quite insane of us, cause we'd have the top and doors off and be completely exposed. But, nothing bad ever happened thank the maker lol

Do you have any tips on mounting a flag to a Jeep by the way?

I've been too cheap to buy a trailer hitch mount or one of those rear door mounts. Looking into a makeshift PVC setup ratcheted to the fifth wheel.

The hitch mounts are way too expensive. If the top is off it is so easy cause you can bungee a pole to the roll bar.

I originally used 3/4 PVC with two eye hooks (bolted on both sides but then also tie strapped cause I did have a bolt come off of one). 3/4 probably wouldn't break but it is super flexible and at higher speeds kinda scary lol. Used those poles both on the roll bars and the spare (always two bungees).

Recently built two poles out of 1" PVC, using eye hooks, bolts and tie straps again. I'm able to put a pole on each side of the spare between the tire and the door and then I use two bungees on each side to hold it against the tire (one high one low). It's worked pretty well. I forget the exact high of the poles (maybe 8.5'), but I made them to hold two flags each and the lower flags bottom mount was maybe 4 inches above the tire. I slightly angle them so they point towards the sides.

Only thing I don't like about that setup is that if it is warmer I like to drive with the back window up, and can't do that with the flags, but oh well.
