My deepest sympathies... When I'm not stifling angry about Covid 1984, I pause and reflect in sadness thinking about what these Demonrat governors have done to what's left of the greatest generation. They deserved better.
I was really upset last fall when my grandmother who was 94 passed away. Now I'm really thankful she didn't have to stick around. She was in a nursing home in California.
She should get in touch with Janice Dean who lost both her parents in a similar situation. They and others in NY should file lawsuits. This is a tragic story. I can't imagine how angry I would be if this happened with my mother.
Sorry for your loss, Pede. What Cuomo did was against all common sense, and possibly against the law. It caused much grief for these families that couldn’t even visit their loved ones while they were dying. No funerals, no gatherings to mourn. Cuomo had plenty of hospital beds available at that time to keep these COVID patients In hospitals until they were no longer infectious. Human life is becoming very cheap within the demonrat party.
And.....AND....Cuomo did this when there was a huge Navy hospital ship docked in New York City: Fact: Nursing Homes did not want to lose their diet of Medicare and Medicaid payments - they needed to keep the beds full!
