New Zealand is really strict. You cannot emigrate there unless you prove that you will be an asset rather than a liability. They already have enough non-producers.

Unless you're rich or hold an advanced degree in a field that the country actively has a shortage of and you're being hired by a local company (who has to prove they couldn't find a resident to fill the position) you are not going to get a visa to work there, let alone citizenship.
