My wife is a life long Democrat. She said she is voting 3rd party because she hates Biden's stance on the shutdowns and school closures (we are both working full-time and educating our first grader at home because schools are "online".) Last night during the debate, she was livid when Biden said schools weren't ready to open. Trump said schools need to open, and this is the first time ever she agreed with Trump. This morning she was talking about how she doesn't like Trump's persona, but completely agreed with him on her biggest policy concern. I thought it was a major victory when she was going to vote JoJo instead of Biden, but it now looks like she's open to a Trump vote for the first time ever. NO BRAKES!
Ironically, Dems think Covid response is a winning issue for them. Trump said quick vaccine, reopening while Biden is saying Dark Winter... Not a good look.
