The fucking stupidest part is, the energy required to re-manufacture, re-transport, and re-install new windows, doors, AC, Heat etc in an existing building will never produce an ROI on energy savings. It's actually worse for the environment, not to mention misallocating a vast amount of resources that could otherwise be put to productive use.
