They don't even know about the human traffickers on our southern border. It must be nice to be that ignorant.

jarvis 31 points ago +31 / -0

They've been told repeatedly that it's all doctors and engineers with their tiny babies

11
MaxineWaters4Prez 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yet the go-to response when you debate them is they call you ignorant and say "eDuCaTe YoUrSeLf".

Long_time_lurker 9 points ago +9 / -0

Isn't it amazing how the people who think they have all the answers for solving the border problems don't know the first damned thing about what goes on at the border?

Imagine hiring a someone to repair your computer who takes the word "mother" in "motherboard" literally.

They are gaslighting. Have a political discussion on reddit, and you find out that they feign ignorance all the time.

It appears the "Party of science" cannot even bring themselves to go to their favorite Leftist search engine--Google--and type "Coyote" and read the various definitions that come up. Sad.

ElderPedeMAGAmiaower 13 points ago +13 / -0

Oh, man! I just saw Peri Gilpin on that screen shot. Why do these actors have to open their big fat mouths? Now every time I watch Frasier I will not be concentrating on the story narrative when she appears, but instead about what a moron she is, not even capable of doing a Google search.

I know! At least, take solace in the fact that Kelsey Grammer is a conservative, though.

19
TrumpLovesPussy 19 points ago +19 / -0

I'm glad they're confused, maybe it'll prompt them to find out the facts and secondly, if you don't know what a "coyote" is, maybe you should not have an opinion about the problems at the border.

I don't fault them for not knowing what a coyote is. I likely wouldn't know if I didn't live in AZ.

I do fault them for mocking Trump for using a word they don't understand. Before you mock a guy for being stupid, make sure he's being stupid first.

16
jarvis 16 points ago +17 / -1

If they know so little about the US/Mexico border that coyote is a new term to them, their opinion is useless.

12
JMaN 12 points ago +13 / -1

I do fault them. They are not just stupid and annoying, they are dangerous.

I live in IL and I know what it means.

12
sickofaltspin 12 points ago +13 / -1

Horseshit. Breaking Bad is one the most widely viewed series in 30 years. You can't have watched that show and not know this term.

I don’t know, been on the far east coast for the majority of my life and I know what a coyote is. I always thought it was a general term.

Think of how dumb the average person is. Half the people are dumber. That's just how it is.

But, consider the hubris. The Left are the people telling everyone how smart and worldly and cosmopolitan they are. And putting down the Right as uneducated and inexperienced and rural.

It's one thing to not know that "coyote" means human trafficker. There are people who are ignorant of that. No one is an expert on everything. If those people stayed out of debate on immigration maybe we could get more done. But to assume that it could only mean that Trump thinks small canines are literally dragging illegal aliens across the border is something beyond stupid. I don't know that there's a word for it.

Unknown unknowns. Dunning-Kruger. They are too dumb to know how dumb they are. Life in the land of "whoosh".

Peri Gilpin (Roz from Frasier) grew up in WACO Tx. This lady, a born Texan, doesn't know the term Coyote???

3
grizer 3 points ago +3 / -0

If you look at her top comments, there are a lot of people who are as confused as she is. You have to click the 'show more offensive comments" button to see the people explain to her what Trump was talking about. Hahah crazy Twitter algorithms.

Given how none of these names rang a bell with me, I had to see what made them "blue-check" worthy ...

Nicole Schuman is a content manager for PRNEWS.

Anjali Kumar has worked as a Senior Counsel at Google NY, where she was a commercial and product attorney on areas ranging from Google X to advertising technology to YouTube.

Craig Needles hosts a podcasts that boasts about "high profile news makers, intelligent discussion, on the topics of the day."

Jordan Chariton was the first investigative reporter hired by The Young Turks network, and now works with a media outlet called Status Coup, which features "in-field and investigative reporting around the country from both them and other reporters."

Nnedi Okorafor is a Nigerian-American author of Africanfuturism and Africanjujuism for children and adults. She has a MA in journalism.

Evan F. Moore is an adjunct faculty member in the Journalism program in the College of Communication at DePaul University.

The rest were an assortment of actors, fashion designers, authors, and sports reporters. I don't automatically expect them to pay attention, but the ones listed above? Shows what a joke our education system and media have become.

And they think Trump supporters are red neck uneducated hill billies... LOLOL

3
BadManOrange 3 points ago +3 / -0

I personally didn't know either. I live in the northern part of the country so it's not a term I would ever hear. However, I know that Trump wasn't talking about literal coyotes because I know he's not stupid. So, I just typed in a search and voilà, definition.

4
WeinerLapTop 4 points ago +5 / -1

No offense meant but you must be young or new to any political discussion. Coyote has been in our lexicon for 3 decades. And it means human smuggler.

1
BadManOrange 1 point ago +2 / -1

I'm in my 30s, never heard the word. Have been deeply involved on T_D at the very least for the past 4 years, never heard the word.

On some level I think it’s intentional, trying to make a factual statement appear ridiculous and untrue. In fact I think it’s a type of doublespeak if I remember correctly.

I did prisoner rehab work. Brought them back into the workforce. Met a real coyote and we became friends, and drinking buddies. Real good dude just took a different path. One day having a few beers after work he had a lucid moment and looked at me, then said:

"... and some of those dudes... whoah... oohhh oh... whoah. I knew... I KNEW I shouldn't have been bringing them in..."

That was when my position changed. Not because some jerk on TV or my cell phone feed. Because I met a rehabilitated man who smuggled in people of dubious origin across the border that, until Trump, was wide open. As far as you could see from San Ysidro east for miles and miles, you could step across.

I know this is true. I know the democrats know this is true. So I know they are lying.

The rage I feel towards these people... I don't have the words for it. I will never forgive them and will always call for their incarceration.

They know ISIS and Iran have infiltrated. They know this, and they should be thrown into Gitmo for lying about it. Forever.
