You cannot imagine how PREPARED he was for that interview. I had to REALLY get him to see that they could FLIP and try to make him the bad guy - possibly even prosecute him.
Needless to say, I was watching every word that was said to make sure that there were no misstatements.
Luckily, the feds DIDN'T turn on us. But the DANGER is always REAL.

Those are likely individual contributions. We have a lot of professional rules of conduct, and I’m sure there would be a substantial conflict of interest for a firm, as a legal entity, to give anything.
