Personally, I don't trust any of these new drugs, Id rather have something time tested with expectable side effects. Adderall is over 100 years old, it's just the specific racematic salts mixture that's patented. Modafanil is much newer, which is why I prefer to take the adderall for my personal prescription.
Actually, it wouldn't surprise me if rampant crack use among politicians and/or government employees is one of the larger problems Trump is having to deal with. It certainly would explain why a lot of politicians sound like they're on crack with their spiel.
