They are using the word "job" to describe a task performed by the software on their servers. Basically, they are trying to say a lot of people are using Gab.

No worries:) I'm a software guy, but took the time to read it too:)

I hear you; I'm not as good at networking as I should be. That said, I lost my job around 10 years ago and started consulting. Admittedly, I knew a guy who was doing it (because I had contracted him a few years earlier), and when I called for advice he needed some extra work so I did that while looking for a "real" job, and it worked out. I've been doing it since.

Pros: manage own time, a lot of work-at-home, decent pay, different projects for different clients so it doesn't get too boring Cons: health insurance expensive, no work=no pay, so no paid vacation, etc., and need to find new clients, although tend to maintain relationships once started.

Good luck! One of the problems with the current TDS extremes is that we have to keep our TD persona absolutely anonymous form our professional or we could get doxxed into poverty. Otherwise we could set up a "'pedes helping 'pedes" job board

They should have used transactions vice jobs, but both could be confusing.

Standard Nomenclature is helpful though.

Those aren't real jobs.

I like the idea of gab. But it's so buggy. I much prefer Parler

Maybe I'll give it another try. Just in the past I have not had a good experience
