They are using the word "job" to describe a task performed by the software on their servers. Basically, they are trying to say a lot of people are using Gab.
I hear you; I'm not as good at networking as I should be. That said, I lost my job around 10 years ago and started consulting. Admittedly, I knew a guy who was doing it (because I had contracted him a few years earlier), and when I called for advice he needed some extra work so I did that while looking for a "real" job, and it worked out. I've been doing it since.
Pros: manage own time, a lot of work-at-home, decent pay, different projects for different clients so it doesn't get too boring
Cons: health insurance expensive, no work=no pay, so no paid vacation, etc., and need to find new clients, although tend to maintain relationships once started.

They should have used transactions vice jobs, but both could be confusing.
