I'm considering switching to Project Veritas since I've been donating to JW for years now. Would be nice if you could donate a split to multiple charities.
I wish it was that easy. Yes I hate the man and his companies politics, but it's way to convenient during these times to just boycott. I'd use ebay more if their return policy was as good as Amazon's.
"I am trying to figure out how or if I can source food locally from farmers and such."
Have you done a search for a list of CSAs? Community Supported Agriculture could be the ticket if you enjoy preparing your own food.
A few of us do it in our family and it and I find it to be a great value here in South Louisiana.

Search for farmers markets within a 25 mile radius of where you live and start getting produce from them. Buy enough so that you can freeze or can things to get you through the winter. Find a butcher shop to buy your meats.
If you like to cook and use herbs you can easily grow your own herbs inside. You can grow potatoes in a large outdoor pot. You don't even have to do anything except get a potato, let it sit until it grows eyes, get a big pot, some potting soil and fertilizer and throw the potato in the potting soil. It will start growing more potatoes. Herbs are super easy to grow. I've grown cilantro, basil, and rosemary. Rosemary will get big like a bush so if you put it in a big pot and prune it to shape you can also use it for decor at your front door or on your balcony/patio.
Also, my daughter has been in Japan for 2 years. She says it's mostly the older generation that's racist toward white people. She has also commented on how homogeneous their country is, though.
Let me give you a different perspective. The Big 5 Publishers lean heavily left; white male authors and conservative women need not apply. Conservative and libertarian writers were increasingly shut out of publishing until Amazon and ebooks. Now, many indie writers produce entertainment and information that wouldn't have a platform otherwise. I've stopped buying from the major publishers and support these indie writers.
I had gotten to the point that I wasn't enjoying reading much, and I couldn't figure out why new authors weren't as satisfying as the old authors. It's because they have checklists they have to fulfill in order to get published. It makes their books predictable and boring. The only proper villains are white men, corporations, or Christians. All dystopia is caused by pollution (from white men and corporations!). It's tedious.
I donate to Judicial Watch through smile.amazon.com.
I donate to Project Veritas through that.

Eh, the percentage is so small that you can just switch back and forth once a year.
...I donate to the Ayn Rand Institute through that.
Those people are terrible. Such massive Neo-Con garbage.

I salute you! I boycott what I can, but you're taking it above and beyond!

This Pede understands that democracy happens not only in the booth, but also in the store. The booth part is the easy part!
Give that man several coats, from lesser known brands, for it is the way.
"foreigner" is a VERY common word in Japan -- my 2 week business trip there back in 1990 REALLY opened my eyes!!

Bezos is the fatherless son of a female dog.
But I use Amazon for everything.
We take the steps we can.
For example, about a week ago, I cancelled the cable service that offered a selection of television channels.
I only used it for NASCAR.
NASCAR turned stupid, so I stopped watching. Saving $300 a year by ditching them.
And I bought Goya products through Amazon...and donate through Smile to Judicial Watch.
Massive lifestyle changes take a series of small steps.

Read an indie author and enjoy reading again.
Same.
Same, have for years.
I will never use Amazon
Haven't used since high school.
