Oakland has been like that for a while now. Even a decade ago, if you had a complaint, they wouldn't show up unless a violent crime was in progress, they'd just mail you insurance forms if you had theft/damage.
That was Oakland, this won't go down well in the rest of the country.
For some reason that reminds me of that age old gripe that "cops never prevent crime, they only show up after it happens." What's the solution to that do they think? A police state where everyone is tracked and assumed guilty and the cops move in before anything happens. Those same people who don't understand this also tend to be the reason the cops never show - they commit too much crime in a lefty shithole.
NYPD will no longer report to vehicle accidents without injury... but will still report for Jews without masks.
