We need to realize that deep down. We are still trained to 'respect the law' for the most part, but have no process for dealing with an unjust law when the system is rigged.
It's not about cops being commies, they aren't. The problem is they do what they're told no matter what, because they don't want to lose their paycheck. The majority of police behave like this, as we've seen clear as day this year.

When domestic terrorists attacked Americans and those Americans defended themselves, the police arrested the innocent American citizens.
When unlawful mask and "no gathering" laws were made by corrupt politicians, the police enforced these laws.
