That's what I took away from it. I also liked how matter of fact he is and it's pretty clear what obstacles he faces in bringing all this to light.

The FBI will hang on its own rope for this one, I suspect. At the very least the FBI is hemmed in by Johnson and Giuliani - basically forcing them to do their job or face the consequences. The FBI's plausible deniability charade has ended.
