I've been in multiple diversity trainings in the corporate world and when they say that minorities are "marginalized" and I ask them if that includes Asians who make more, on average, than whites and about as much as Latinos and blacks combined, they tend to call you white or somehow attribute Asian success to blacks which makes exactly ZERO sense.

I work for Walmart as a salaried manager and I have a whole list of “Racial Inclusion, Sensitivity, and Diversity Training” that I’m forced to do. It talks all about how much better black, Asian, and hispanic people are than white people. How I, as a manager, should take special care of my non white employees and celebrate them more than my white employees because they are better than my white employees. It’s literally insane.
Mine, too! Next week I have to endure a session on Microaggressions targeted towards blacks. It even includes a packet mentioning BLM is a movement and not a terrorist organization.🙄

Black lives matter movement is based on a lie. BLM foundation is a Marxist organization with goals of promoting class warfare and ultimately white genocide. Its a domestic terrorist group that advocates violence to achieve political goals so citing the SD foreign terrorist groups list is a weak strawman argument. But you can't say any of that.
Stand up at the end (assuming it's a group class) and say 'welp, the takeaway from this is pretty clear. Anyone born with the wrong color skin, white, should commit suicide. Then the world would be instant utopia. Are you (company X) going to provide the koolaid for us, at least?'
Sounds to me like they're saying anyone unfortunate enough to be born brown is simply inferior (disadvantaged, oppressed), and needs special assistance (sensitivity, affirmative action) from the superior white race. They are saying that whites are smarter, tougher, and more aggressive than browns. I mean shit, maybe they have a point.
I'm a medical student and I have classmates advocating for more racial inclusive forums and lectures. It's mainly spearheaded by a small portion of the class, but they have already requested action from the deans and are actively pushing for this. They also shut down any mention of alternative options (making the lectures optional) and have essentially shut down our group chat with all the drama.

During my exit interview, I told them that I didn't agree with their constant political stances and racist antics being forced down my throat... I told this straight to the face of the exit interviewer who was a black female. I didn't care. I won't soften my blows because of their skin color or gender. To do that would be racist and sexist.
White people ARE being actively disenfranchised and demoralized through these tactics. Don't doubt yourself; your tolerance is being taken advantage of. Speak up, and notice who is not speaking up for you.

These consolidated state licensing agencies need to be split back out.
Many states have them — a single licensing agency covering many different professions.
