I do whichever number of meals I feel, either 2 or 1, but keep myself to 1500 calories in a work day, 1100 on a Sunday (sitting down I in church burns little calories,) but then on Monday I take the day off and eat three meals, no counting. Usually have a good breakfast,a snack for lunch, and then a regular other day's dinner. It keeps the metabolism from getting too used to the low calorie days, and helps keep me sane. Most days I just do dinner, though. If I do have lunch, work has these Hillshire Snack packs. They're like Lunchables, but classier. I have the prosciutto, cheddar, and toast rounds one, only 220 calories, and a nice amount of food for it.
As to cravings, I either have something to drink or eat a pickle. Pickles are so low in calories that the jar says they have 0, and dammit, I will trust that jar.
Do you mostly eat one meal per day or 2 meals per day? Do you count carbs and calories? How do you deal with food cravings during your fast?
