We worked in a lab and you were supposed to clean your work station after every shift and she literally took the bottle of PURE BLEACH and sprayed a very liberal film of it fucking everywhere and refused to wipe it up to the point literally her entire work station was completely rusted and all my equipment was covered in bleach residue. I reported her to my boss who didn’t do shit so when day I came in early and when she started spraying Willy nilly, I kicked her drawer shut and said “I’m sick and fucking tired of throwing all these tubes away because you contimate them with FUCKING BLEACH” she cried and quit that day. Lol I guarantee no one has ever said so much as “perhaps there might be a better way to do something”. She was literally a fucking princess and I shit all over her parade
Wow. So, she didn't realize bleach is corrosive as fuck. You saved your employer a headache, but I'm surprised they didn't do you a solid and let you go on paid leave for 2 weeks.
Oh they ended up firing me for being “too aggressive” or assertive or some shit. I don’t remember. I just remember telling my boss they could replace her with a monkey throwing darts at an idea board and we’d be in much better shape.
I specifically showed her the tens of thousands of dollars of equipment she was destroying (centrifuges with literally medical grade stainless steel looked worse than the fucking titanic. Entire sleeves of glass test tubes I’d have to toss daily because we did blood test in them and they were COVERED IN FUCKING BLEACH. oh and are work stations were literally crumbling apart because of her.) and she literally didn’t care. They spent more time hassling me for playing lofi beats while I worked because some 60 year old cunty labASSISTANT didn’t want to ASSIST me because I was 1/3 her age. And she was used to bossing everyone around until I came and put her in her place and she complained about me every single day. I spent more time getting paid to listen to HR than doing any actual work towards the end of that job. OneBlood can eat a fat fucking dick, they will be bankrupt and replaced in less than a decade it’s so poorly managed. Mark my words.
Bonus story: when I got hired. That retard manager asked what I wanted to do with my life (cause I was only 24 at the time and literally in charge of second shift and everyone was older than me but I had more experience cause they all just graduated and I’d been working as a tech for years) and I told her I eventually wanted to run my own business. She literally laughed at me and said “well go ahead and give that up now, cause you’re never going to start another blood bank” (yes she was that fucking stupid she didn’t even listen to what I said) fast forward to now and I run my own lab and make 10 times as much as she does and I’m still not even 30 yet 😂😂😂
