I believe certified electoral votes are due by December 14th (this year) - but always in December. Nothing says we have to know immediately. That is part of the problem - they have months to find the votes they need.
Different folks will 'call' it at different times. This is not ever going to be settled completely.
Just as hillary and the Deep State claim the last election was stolen, just as they claimed the 2000 election was stolen, this one will be unsettled for a very long time. hillary long ago called the Enemy to resist, and later told Joe to never concede. BLM terrorists and antifas will continue to attack America, media, academia and corrupt government will continue to subsume Freedom, the agenda-driven and propagandized among us will never accept reality. The people who imagine 70 genders and free stuff will still be a problem going forward, even if/when Trump wins in a landslide.
We are going to witness remarkable things in the coming weeks, just as we have seen remarkable things these last 4 years. But more so - the Enemy has to use all it's energy now, it must deploy all it's remaining weapons now because we are on the cusp of restoring Freedom.
There will be contention, there will be blood and maybe a LOT of both, before this is settled.

Trump will have at least 270 Electoral votes on November 3rd, that will seal it. All other talk of uncounted votes will be academic.

There will be no consensus on who won. Nothing will be "legitimate" after the "election".
