Tech might have the greatest concentration of poz but it's still the most merit based at the end of the day. While wokeness might get you a cushy director of anti whiteness diversity job, you still need to actually have knowledge to get in anywhere good. Most of us are content to keep our heads down and do our jobs, and be paid handsomely for it, while the company pays lip service to racism diversity because that's the thing to do nowadays.
