IANAL but, without any information about your matter noone can help you. messaging is available on desktop simply click on a username to see send a message link in the side bar under the users imaginary internet points for posts and comments. OR
https://thedonald.win/send?user=LukeDobbins would be the link to send a message to you. you can click on it and change the username to whoever you're trying to get a hold of.
