This is probably going to be a long one, but bear with me.

I'm a young conservative who has definitely cemented his political position (conservative). I've been interested in politics even when I was as young as 13-14 and have done a lot of research when it comes to world politics and now, at 20, I can proudly say I'm a conservative. President Trump has been a glimmer of light in a western world stolen from us by commies, socialists, "progressives" and other leftist ideologies that I believed we left behind after 1989/1990.

I'm 20, I didn't live in communist Romania, but many of the atrocities commited in so many years of communist torture (because life under communism is not life, it's survival) can be seen in our society to this day. It has breeded generations of corrupt politicians, widespread nepotism and the spread of lies branded as the truth. In the romanian revolution many young men and women have died, shot by secret police forces or other communist supporters. Not to mention the crimes against humanity and the tens of thousands of people who died of starvation, labor camps or the ones who just disappeared because they weren't appropriate for "the ideals of the communist society". This plague of leftism is not only going on a rampage in the US. I'd say Europe is equally worse if not worse (you guys in the US are doing a great job fighting back and I can't help but wish I were among you).

Do everything you can, speak to your friends/relatives/aquaintances/neighbours, the neigbour's cat, EVERYONE you know that is fighting the good fight. Win this thing and don't do it just for the US, do it for the whole world. I may not be able to do much, I'm not in the US nor am I a citizen (although I would love to attempt to become one, in the more distant future), but the least I can do is write this message for you here. Prove to the world that the fight is not lost and that there's everything to fight for. Don't let one of the darkest blots on the history of humanity repeat itself. Many people fought hard for the freedom we have today and it's our duty to preserve it. Many Romanians seem to have forgotten that, although it's only been 30 years. Most of our population was already alive when it happened.

This whole situation seems like a nightmare, the whole sudden ressurecton of extreme leftism. 10 years ago it seemed that there were just a few "wackos" propagating crazy ideas, like that senile old man holding the "the end is coming" sign for the past 20 years a few blocks away. However, it's been proven to us that the threat is as real as it can get. It's a threat to any kind of freedom that we still have. We've already lost a lot of freedoms to leftism (if you think US lockdowns were/are bad, Romania pretty much doubled down on that - in America NY and CA are exceptions, here it's a nationwide NY/CA). Go vote as if that vote is the tie breaker. Win for a healthy society, for freedom of the individual and to preserve the chance we have for prosperity.

Parliamentary elections (about as important for us as US presidentials for the USA) are coming up soon in my country and although our political landscape is radically different (widespread corruption and lack of ideology among the entire political spectrum and also, in our country the left is strangely behaving like the right and vice versa) I will do my best to represent the best interests of conservatism in the upcoming elections. I send you all my best thoughts and I wish you all to succeed.

Preserve freedom so that years from now others won't have to die to regain it!
