Giuliani has been intentionally vague on that aspect of the whole thing, and more focusing on the corruption side. I believe they are letting someone with much more experience in the field handle it. It's such delicate information, and there's so many eyes on it, I think the last thing they want to do is destroy these girls' lives in front of the whole nation.
