Younger voters are always the lowest percentage of people who actually bother to vote. And drug-addled Bernie Bros are not going to support Trump anyway. It would gain Trump as many votes as he would speaking at Berkley. If he wanted to hype a plan to legalize drugs, then having a Rogan audience would make sense.
