Depends on the state and what law you broke. I think we all agree, a 19 year old with drugs is a perfectly redeemable citizen. They follow the law and do all their probation, wait a certain amount of time, all rights should be restored.
I too made mistakes over a decade ago and got my rights back. It sure as hell makes you appreciate them a hell of a lot more. Good for her and for you, I know that’s not an easy journey, I’ve been on it myself. There is nobody more humble and driven than somebody who learned the hard way from their own failures. We also have a low tolerance for people who make excuses for themselves, which is one of the reasons I’m so outspokenly conservative.
When current 19 year olds were 19 years old, they got felonies for mail fraud, voter fraud, conspiracy, and seditious conspiracy and served the rest of their lives in prison until GEOTUS Trump pardoned the good ones. My how times have changed.
Redemption and forgiveness, and hopefully a lesson learned, and wisdom gained.
Life isn't always easy, and nobody makes the best decisions every time, especially when just 19. All of us are 'pedes, one little tiny leg, each working together to bring Trump to victory, for the good of us all!
Have a great weekend, and thanks for voting, fellow Pedes!
MAGA! KAG!
When I was 18 (literally my 18th birthday), I got a felony drug charge, too. I can vote but, I can't pass the background check to buy a gun. :( Anyway, congratulations to her, that shit shouldn't stay with you forever!
You can get a lawyer to work on getting your rights restored. It takes time and money, but you can do it and legally own a gun. A good investment I'd say!
Thanks! Yes, I will be looking for a lawyer to expunge my record because, since I was arrested ON my 18 birthday, that means the crime I committed actually occurred while I was a juvenile. I was too young to consider that at the time and, I only had a public defender, now that I'm older the thought occurs to me how unfair that was to me. I should have been arrested as a juvenile, I feel.
Oh man, grats to her. I battled my booze going through jail and many hospital visits between the ages of 20 and 33. Not only have I been sober, I REALLY realize that I never have to drink again. Never. I have never been more confident in myself as I am now. Well, sure, on the outside I was always confident but it was all a giant lie. Jesus saved me. I still remember where I was when it happened. I had been out of the hospital for a couple weeks and yet there I was; crying because I felt the need to drink again so strongly and it had just almost killed me. So there I am crying when a huge wave of knowing came over me. I KNEW I never had to drink again as long as I lived. Just like that. The lord comforted me with that sense of knowing and I couldnt be more grateful. I've never written about this experience before and I gave myself the craziest shivers throughout.
P.S.
When it happened I immediately went down to my knees and prayed. That feeling of knowing was all I needed.
Congrats to you all.
MAGA and KAG!
TRUMP 2020!
So if someone has a felony, they can vote after a certain period of time?

yes, depending on the state. most require you to be off the books first.
Some charges can be expunged after a certain amount of time.
I myself went through a similar thing. Voting Trump this year, first time ever!
A plea for relief from disabilities. Posting for a fren...

So, how are they letting Hunter vote! He should have a felony drug charge or two
Politicians put charges on people like it’s nothing, but behind the scenes, they do more drugs than anyone.
Good for you fellow pede family!
Congratulations. Have a good life.
Congrats! Keep working at Red-pilling friends, neighbors, coworkers! Grassroots persuasion will help us win!
Meanwhile Hunter has a clean slate while doing the most degenerate shit......
Congrats to you!!!
Weird. Seems she was treated more harshly than Hunter Biden and his drug habits. Probably a coincidence.
Eh, I don't think felons should ever be allowed to vote.
