On the morning of 9/11 five Israeli nationals were observed filming the towers 45 minutes before the first plane hit, after which they cheered & celebrated in full view of witnesses that later gave statements to the FBI. The five men were later arrested with thousands of dollars in a sack, city maps with select locations highlighted, boxcutters, & driving an Urban Moving Systems (UMS) van which contained explosive residue. Although the FBI suspected UMS had "been providing cover for an Israeli intelligence operation” & eventually determined that at least two of the men had direct links to the Mossad, US Attorney General Ashcroft signed-off on their release back to Israel.
According to FBI records, a former UMS employee had quit due to extreme anti-American sentiment from company workers, adding that an Israeli employee of Urban had even once remarked, “Give us twenty years and we’ll take over your media and destroy your country.” UMS owner — Dominik Suter, another Israeli — had fled back to Israel, on 9/14/01, two days after being questioned by the FBI. Since at least 2016, Suter has lived in San Francisco, working with major tech companies like Google and Microsoft, & in 2006 and 2007 he was a telecoms. contractor that worked for the U.S. military and several other U.S. government agencies.
Israel subsequently acknowledged that the five "Dancing" Israelis were indeed involved in “clandestine intelligence activities in the United States" & one of them, Oded Ellner, subsequently stated on Israeli TV that the five Israelis had been in New York at the time “to document the event,” referring to the attack on the World Trade Center.
