The Dems wont let that happen. If biden pulls now, after the early voting trump wins by default.
The Dems have to keep pushing joe.
The votes already cast wont change to kamala automatically.
That's not how it works AT ALL. Your votes are not direct votes for the President, not this year, not ever. They are votes for delegates to the Electoral College. If the candidate they are pledged to is pulled, they can vote for Kamala or anyone else, from Bozo the Clown to Vladimir Putin.
Actually its exactly how it works. A vote against the written candidate IE Joe biden in favor of a new candidate IE kamala harris would fall under a faithless elector vote
Because a joe Biden ballet has been cast if the electors take Joe votes as kamala votes it would be faithless as kamala votes would be split with joe votes
By tally alone because of early mail in voting for joe Biden kamala would not be able to win any electors because of trump votes, thus faithless electors.
"Faithless elector" laws are state laws and mean nothing at a Federal level. Whomever the Electoral College votes for by a majority will be the new President, and that is slam-dunk final. They may face punishment by their home states, but who thinks the states would dare to enforce these laws under such circumstances?
The point is that the vote will be split between Joe Biden locked in votes and kamala/hilldog/Jeffery Epstein votes and trump will win out all counties due to this.
If the electors choose to transfer those votes into another candidate they are by definition faithless votes. The most logical outcome is those votes go to trump by default due to him getting more votes

Good point. Hadn't thought about the already submitted ballots. I just cannot see how Joe gets out of this. This is only going to get worse for him and as much as I hate the MSM, I cannot see how someone within these corrupt organizations doesn't peel off from the mob and just go kamikaze and start asking real questions in the next two weeks. If only for cynical reasons to stand out and try to make a name for themselves...
