In my country, sex with animals was forbidden until the 1990s, when it was relaxed to "must not promote it", i.e. porn in public places or personal ads. Couple of years ago, EU-recommendations kicked in and banned it again, because... animals can't consent. I'm not making this up. Illegal in Austria, as in most EU-countries.
