Imagine if you said "blacks have a huge problem with single motherhood and crime" and got a response like this. Totally intentionally derailing, scapegoating and misinterpreting, but I'm the SJW, huh?

The best way to discern between truth and conjecture is via statistics.

"blacks have a huge problem with single motherhood and crime"

Statistics could evaluate this claim, it can be proven, it is a reasonable claim to make. It makes no claim that the problems are due to skin color.

Your corresponding claim would be along the lines of: "Jews have a huge problem with nepotism and thievery".

Is this claim based in statistics? Are there statistics kept for this? Or is it derived form previously held narratives about Jews, like how Leftists derive statements demonizing white men?

Yes, Jews are over-represented in many fields, but how would one establish that this was due to nepotism and thievery, and not just talent (for example blacks are over-represented in the NBA, but nobody questions that this is from nepotism and thievery).

Look, if people are going to hate Jews, fine, I guess I'm just making sure that people hate them for sound reasons haha.

Seems to me that you're implying to criticize the jews is to hate the jews

Sorry that’s not my implication. Both you and I have a right (and obligation) to defend our religions from false defamations.

So criticize away, but be confident that your criticisms are facts (something provable) and not conjecture, and apply criticisms without double standards. If somebody is angry about facts, that’s their problem.

For what it’s worth there are a lot of leftist Jews I know who openly criticize Christians or non-Jewish white people based on conjecture, and they’re wrong to do this, and I tell them. They are truly hateful people. They are why I’m here. They have no facts to support their claims.

But, to say that Judaism- or anything Jewish- is the reason that they’re so hateful is not plausible, since 1) near 100% of them are not religious in the first place, most of them unfortunately disparage observant Jews and observant Jewish practice, and 2) I am a more observant Jew who loves to study- and the religion teaches us to support and strengthen the nation where we live and it’s citizens, so that it can be a safe place for us to worship.
