About Facebook and Twitter. Don’t they count as a public domain? I believe the Supreme Court ruled years that private businesses that operate as public domains, like a mall, can not restrict people’s 1st amendment.. as long as no ones yelling fire..

AFAIK the FBI was a temporary organization for dealing with the mafia. So the whole damn thing should've been shown the door a few decades ago.
