About Facebook and Twitter. Don’t they count as a public domain? I believe the Supreme Court ruled years that private businesses that operate as public domains, like a mall, can not restrict people’s 1st amendment.. as long as no ones yelling fire..

This is true, until Facebook and Twitter started censorship, it changed from 'bookstore' to publisher.

This is probably the better way of regulating it
