If Biden got arrested now, there'd be mass protests and street violence. People would see this as political assassination. There's too much animosity from the public if RG doesn't slow-roll them.

IF Biden wins now, there will be a revolt regardless. There's no way in hell most Americans would accept him as president.
Stop worrying.
Early arrest would topple this plan.
Kamala gets what she wanted.
The United Nations get what they wanted.

Then they are not doing their job.
If the police see a criminal speed by, they are not supposed to sit and wait and see if Maury Povich is driving after him.
If Megyn Kelly had evidence against Dukakis and wanted to wait a month to unveil it on her new TV show, does anyone think it would be right for the Texas Rangers to do nothing until the TV show got two viewers. That might be a long wait.
