Say in this situation we are all wrong and Biden wins presidency, would his remainder of presidency be enough time to make the systems in place stay the systems in place?
Meaning locking the amount of justices to 9 so they can't stack them like they plan on or overall making it so that they can't try to make this country solely ran by democrats?
Locking the number of justices would take a Constitutional amendment, so very unlikely if he doesn't have the votes to win the general.
That being said. President Trump has gotten a record breaking number of justices and federal judges appointed. The judiciary has been the official shadow government of the progressives for decades now, and President Trump has definitely changed the balance there.
I don't buy that Biden stands even half a chance, but He's not capable of destroying America. Obama couldn't do it, Clinton couldn't do it, Carter couldn't do it, Johnson couldn't do it...
