Sadly so much of this is because parents are NOT active in parenting. It’s not even that parents are doing bad things directly to kids, it’s just they ARENT DOING ANYTHING.
They think it’s enough to just go to work and pay rent and buy food, while the TV and the school systems have all the important talks about values with their child.
Those are the basic legal requirements of parenting, but are not enough if you care about your child at all and want to set them up to succeed.
Parents should have DAILY talks with their child. What they did/do each day, how they reacted, what they should focus on, how to improve. Parents should be constantly putting barriers up (physical and mental) for their kids to overcome to GET BETTER.
If parents can do that, it will make winners like Donald Trump. Instead of SJW losers who like communism because it means they can take things by “voting it away from others” without earning them.
Thats exactly the problem. All these Gen Z kids who embrace socialism have been brainwashed by the internet. Their negligent parents couldn't be bothered to get involved in their lives, so they gave them a smartphone to make them go away.
My kid has a smartphone. She also yelled “No pedo Joe!” at a Trump parade yesterday morning and I got a call earlier in the year because she typed “build the wall” in a class zoom.
A ton of Gen X and Boomers were plopped down in front of the TV and are still addicted to TV to this day. The tech changes but the neglect stays the same. Some parents just refuse to do any type of moral teaching before exposing their kids to the idiots in the masses.
