Here in San Francisco suburbs, I generally keep my mouth shut about politics. Over dinner and alcohol, My TDS friends kept bringing up politics. "What did he mean by stand by and stand back?" I said, I know a lot of proud boys. They were shocked and disgusted. After all, I'm a gay Asian immigrant. I calmly told her that Proud Boys' chairman, Enrique Tarrio, is not white. He's Afro Cuban, or something. I showed them a picture. they were shocked. said, "that's a tanned white man." I told them they have been lied to. They were like, oh my god I need to do more research on this. I hope that's the beginning of the awakening. It usually starts with one lie you discover, and then you start wondering what other things had they lied to you about. And the whole house of cards start to collapse. I hope that's how this goes.
