As I’ve heard from multiple doctors, there is no emergency issue in the 3rd term regarding abortion that can’t be solved by simply delivering the baby.
If true, then it’s really only useful for eugenics of disabled children. (This is silly to me though, because even if your child is going to die immediately after birth, it has been shown to improve outcomes for healing if you can physically hold your child)

My question is though.... Why are babies getting killed if they survive abortion. Like if the baby is getting killed at 9 months, and they come out of the womb, is the docter just slamming it against the operating table like a fucking bug? Just a reminder that in parts of the western world, it is widely acceptable to kill a healthy baby after it's born, for any reason including financial reasons or just being unwanted.

Probably just allocates funds to pay for treatment if the baby survives. This country doesn't usually deny treatment to those who seek it. This is why illegals rack up on average $10,000 of debt per year. They get treatment and don't pay. Babies who survive attempted murder should get treatment to survive; illegals should not be able to get treatment and stick us with the bill.
The bills probably have additional definitions and more complex structures than moving money.
