As I’ve heard from multiple doctors, there is no emergency issue in the 3rd term regarding abortion that can’t be solved by simply delivering the baby.

If true, then it’s really only useful for eugenics of disabled children. (This is silly to me though, because even if your child is going to die immediately after birth, it has been shown to improve outcomes for healing if you can physically hold your child)
