the rollout was just a little too slow

The debates were just a little to late. And we all knew it. There were things that Trump could get out to the people during the debates that the MSM would just ignore until then, and probably after.

The greatest power the media has is the power to ignore.

-- Chris Plante, WMAL, Washington, DC, for three hours before Rush, recovering CNN reporter for the Pentagon

Yes, no one was factoring in the early vote push.

magasumo 9 points ago +9 / -0

Every serious voter was factoring in the push especially from the democrats. They do this every cycle because they have a flaky electorate and have to hustle and harvest to get them to the polls.

It's because they are all lazy and high and too stupid to remember to do anything at a specific date and time. So they are given a month instead of a day.

Aren't we talking about the ticktockers timetable of dropping the "bombshells" a little late?

2
magasumo 2 points ago +2 / -0

In that context it is not too late. You are trying to catch fickle people that really can’t decide. Dropping it this close leaves no room for a counter move. If you release too early they have too much time to spin and create a narrative. Also with time, the impact is naturally minimized. The day after you are dumped it really sucks. 6 months later it doesn’t matter so much. We want the maximum impact with no time to spin and no time to change the narrative.

not to mention all of the early/mail-in voting i'm sure the left wanted as many votes in and counted before anything dropped....part of the reason for mail-in, plus the potential for fraud.

Chodeus 5 points ago +5 / -0

Right? I hope that isn't a bad sign for us honestly...Don't know to interpret it.

14
Morokei 14 points ago +14 / -0

I interpret it as good news. If those who already voted are swayed then so are the 100 million who haven’t yet voted.

And there are ways you can actually change your vote, if it was mailed in.

Consider that the people who looked it up in PA and many other of those states found out that they indeed can change their vote, that's probably good.

These aren't Trump supporters.

2
Chodeus 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's my point. How many will follow through and change their vote. Might not be a simple process..

If they dropped too soon, it would have gotten buried under the covid covid covid coverage.

Many simply wanted to be a part of history voting for the first black president.

You are right and I find it very frustrating, sure the media lie and mislead but there are other sources.

Which is up to us, to clearly and calmly explain the facts

mykillk 7 points ago +7 / -0

Oh you mean having voting before the debates even happened was a dumb idea after all?

4
nufosmatic [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

WHO count have predicted THAT? Well, like EVERYBODY!

6
orange_dit 6 points ago +6 / -0

Buyers remorse would be from the people who bought votes.

Luckily, you can change your vote in PA!

2
nufosmatic [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

You can even call someone, and they can change it for you!

5
magasumo 5 points ago +5 / -0

No worries. If this is the case for true blue believers who voted as early as possible then the undecideds and moderates that have yet to vote will surge for Trump. Keep the energy up and vote!

Vote early by mail was never about protecting people from Covid.

1
pedeypete 1 point ago +1 / -0

This. Makes you wonder if Covid was the solution to the FBI telling the Bidens that this shit existed in the first place.

I find this encouraging. If there are people googling this, it means there are people who haven't voted yet who changed their minds.

2
DudeNoOne 2 points ago +2 / -0

And in some of these states you can! Like Connecticut, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

It aint over til its over, pedes!

One searches that AFTER voting. The closer to Election Day we are, the more that search appears. Makes perfect sense.

I notice Washington is distinctly missing.
