It would take WaPo little effort to say this is a "Chinese Interference Campaign!" on account of all the Chinese whistleblowers involved leaking the photos and documents. However, they'd never do that and bring negative attention to China, wouldn't want China releasing the blackmail they have against these deviant journalists too.
