Think of it this way. Turn the tables. You're a campaigner for Trump. You find out 10 days out from the election that Trump is caught up in all kinds of illegal ties with foreign powers and one of his sons may have engaged in illegal activities with minors. You're demoralized and about to leave the campaign for good. Do you jump on r/pol and tell them everything they want to hear? Probably not.

I would still vote Trump based on his record as president. You could upload a video of Trump shooting someone in the face and I would probably still vote for him. The other options are even worse than that.
