I won’t say they’re conceding the election. HOWEVER, I was speaking to my “very liberal”, Trump hating friend last night. His words to me were “I’m not voting for Biden. I’m not exactly sure he’s competent. But I am voting for his administration. I’m voting against Trump.”
We can parse that out however we like. But for a staunch liberal to make that admission about Biden, moderates are likely breaking for Trump or staying home.
Two of my ultra liberal neighbors have not flipped but neutralized out. I had conversations with both of them and asked how they could square up the idea that they were voting for a child molester and racist. Of course, I've been gently red pilling them for years but mostly gaining no ground. Both of them said they had planned on voting for him because of their hatred of Trump but they decided to not vote at all, not even third party, because "Trump's going to win anyway and I don't want to waste my time". I still think it was because of his molestation and racist background. Sadly, some of my other idiot neighbors have doubled down and actually put out Biden lawn signs. They didn't do that for Hillary. Probably to try to encourage other idiots to vote because maybe there's a chance of idiot strength in numbers.
Sounds like something they would do. The next four years will be another impeachment trail with the Hunter Biden as a focus.

"It's not our fault. It was Russian propaganda..." followed by another round of impeachment might work if the Democrats gain the majority in the Senate.
