I agree that this woman should be fired. Where is this racist America she was trying to push? I think its in her own heart. What she did was ethically wrong and she should be fired. I think she should also see a therapist (one that wont just affirm her problems) and get out of town for awhile, go to church or something. Look up crime statistics.
