Communism and similar ideologies are fundamentally un-American and banning them is NOT unconstitutional in my opinion. What is asinine and paradoxical is allowing people to use their constitutional rights such as the 1st A to advocate for ideologies that oppose the very rights that allow them to believe in and advocate and work at eliminating those very rights that gave them the right to undermine those rights in the first place.
And yes, corporations should also be forced to obey our constitutional rights.
