I was doubting you about this being photoshopped, but now I 100% believe you are correct and must thank you for pointing it out.

I decided to spend some time on this and take a whack at doing my own analysis using a free online tool, my 1st time. I used 'Forensically' and was able to make the fabric starting under the bust line and below really stand out. Then under luminance gradient, I can see where her real shorts end along that light colored edge and it looks like the book is strongly outlined which makes me think it was swapped in too.

Conclusions: She was definitely not pregnant and I'm undecided on the book - it may have been shopped in for a different book she actually was reading.

This picture really had me fooled, which I don't like. So - thanks again for posting that it's a fake. Upvoted you. If you don't mind, shoot me a tip or two for improving my photo shop detection abilities. 👍

BTW, at one point, I noticed deep fake tech used against PDJT. Did pedes catch that? It was when he came back from having the flu. (I wasn't on TDW back then)
